The General Terms and Conditions of the seventh sea (now called Conditions) apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of the seventh sea. By placing an order at theseventhsea.nl, you agree with the terms and conditions.
The seventh sea reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. The seventh sea may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version of the Terms and conditions that apply to your order are those from the date that you placed this order on www.theseventhsea.nl If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions then please stop using the website.
AGREEMENT AND ORDERS
The agreement becomes binding at the time you place your order in the online order form.
The seventh sea will process your order after you have paid.
To confirm your order you will receive an email with instructions to the email address that you provided. If you accidentally do not receive an e-mail, your order is still operative. The images on the website are always different from reality.
The same colors will be used but with handmade products every piece is unique. All prices are displayed in Euro. The seventh sea has the right to refuse an order and dissolve an agreement. The seventh sea has the right to change texts and images on the website, without giving notice first.
The contract price is the current price at the moment when an order is placed with the webstore. The prices of articles are quoted inclusive of VAT. Prices may be changed without notice due to unforeseen cost increases of imported products and currency fluctuations.
We offer worldwide free shipping.
The seventh sea will not take charge of the shipping costs for sending the ashes. As every country has it's own rules of shipping the ashes the customer will be responsible for shipping the ashes to the seventh sea.
When the order is placed the seventh sea will not charge the customer the shipping costs since all prices are including shipping costs with registered and insured mail.
The seventh sea will send the order between 5 business days and 4 weeks (depending on the piece you order) after receiving the remains.
Any unused ashes and any photo's, letters or stories you've sent will be sent back to
you together with the item.
If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address – and there are therefore extra
costs – we calculate these additional costs on to you.
SHIPMENT AND TRANSPORTUp to and including the delivery the seventh sea bears the responsibility for the order. After the delivery, the responsibility will be transferred to you.
The seventh sea sends packages through a reputable parcel.
The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from www.theseventhsea.nl, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; the seventh sea has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS
Purchases may be paid for using a debit or credit card through our online payment facility - Paypal and IDeal. All prices shall be shown in Euro and are payable in every currency. Delivery charges will vary depending on the destination and according to a registered sending.
If the seventh sea posts, accidentally, an incorrect price on the website – and it is clear that it is a mistake – the seventh sea has the right to adapt. Even though the order is already placed.
The pieces the seventh sea makes are very delicate. When you have received your package and discover that the piece – in spite of the special care for shipment – has been damaged.
Please email us all the details within 48 hours so we can help you further.
Because what the seventh sea does is personal and sentimental, the seventh sea wants the wearer to love their piece. If you do not love your piece, please let the seventh sea know as soon as possible so the seventh sea can remedy the problem. Returns will can not be accepted since all pieces are custom made with personal belongings.
All our solid gold jewelry is custom made and we cannot issue any exchanges or refunds. All solid gold and custom made sales are final.
All legal relations are exclusively governed by the Dutch law.
