It's an honor to create a personal keepsake for you, in memory of someone so loved. When creating your memorial jewelry, I handle everything you entrust to me with the utmost care and respect.

I will do everything I can to make the process as clear, careful, and loving as possible, so that you can feel supported in it.

You're welcome to choose a color from the color chart and place your order directly on the website. But if there's a shade that holds special meaning for you, perhaps the soft fur color of your deceased pet or the unique eye color of your loved one, I'd love to hear about it. I'd be happy to create a personalized color sample especially for you. Every memorial piece I create tells a personal story. Even if you don't have ashes, you can have a bead made with something else that's precious to you. Think of a lock of hair, a piece of fabric, a tuft of fur, or even some sand from a special place. The ordering process and shipping of the materials are the same.

Once you've placed your memorial jewelry order, you'll receive a personal email from me with clear instructions on how and where to send or drop off the materials. Please also check your spam folder in case my message ends up there.

Because each country has its own regulations regarding the shipping of ashes, you must arrange the shipping yourself. I always recommend doing this carefully and preferably by registered mail.

To make a cremation jewelry, I only need a small amount, about half a teaspoon of ash. For a hair ornament, a small lock of it, about what you can hold between your thumb and index finger, is sufficient. I only use a small amount; any leftover material will be carefully returned to you later.

Once your package has arrived safely at my studio, I'll always let you know personally. I'll carefully check the contents and confirm receipt.

Then begins the artisanal process of creating your handmade memorial jewelry. Ashes, hair, or other precious materials are gently and respectfully handcrafted into the jewelry. I work in a clean, specially designed space where each memorial piece is individually crafted, with meticulous attention to detail and finish.

Any remaining ashes, hair, or other materials, as well as any photos, letters, or personal stories you've included, will of course be safely returned to you along with the finished piece of jewelry.

After receiving the materials, the average delivery time for your memorial jewelry is approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Each cremation or hair jewelry piece is made entirely by hand, allowing me to take the time necessary to carefully finish it.

Once your jewelry is ready, it will be shipped by registered mail via PostNL. You'll receive a tracking code, and a signature is required upon receipt, ensuring safe delivery.

If you brought the materials yourself or brought them with you during a personal consultation, I will first contact you to schedule a collection time.

Due to the artisanal nature of the piece, slight variations in shape, color, and texture may occur. Each memorial piece is unique, just like the memory it carries.
