Each memorial piece is handcrafted with care and attention, making it both delicate and delicate. If, despite careful packaging, you notice your piece has arrived damaged, please email me within 48 hours with the details and a clear photo. I'll be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.

Because my work carries personal and emotional meaning, I believe it's important that you wear your jewelry with love. If it doesn't feel quite the way you hoped, please let me know as soon as possible. Together, we'll find a solution that truly reflects your story.

Solid gold jewelry is custom-made. Therefore, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. Purchases of solid gold and custom-made pieces are final.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Please handle your memorial jewelry with care. It is handmade from glass and fine, delicate materials. I advise against wearing it while sleeping, showering, or exercising.

After wearing, you can gently wipe the memorial jewelry clean with a soft cloth. Store it in a fabric-lined jewelry box, out of direct sunlight, to preserve the quality of the metal and other materials.

For jewelry containing epoxy, avoid contact with nail polish remover, alcohol, and similar substances. Limit prolonged contact with water (both fresh and salty), sweat, heat, and chemicals such as chlorine, sulfur, perfume, cleaning agents, and lotions.
