Shipping & Warranty


DISPATCH

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production after I receive the ashes. Any unused ashes and any photos, letters, or stories you sent will be carefully and safely returned to you along with the jewelry.

Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped free of charge.
For international orders, the shipping rate is €35.

For shipments outside the European Union, for example to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia, import duties or taxes may be levied upon arrival. These charges are determined by local customs and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

It's possible to send a gift item under $100, which in some cases avoids import duties. Please note: this shipping option is not insured against loss or damage.

Shipping ashes or other personal items to my studio is the customer's responsibility. Because each country has its own rules and regulations for shipping ashes, I kindly request that you arrange this yourself.

Packages are always shipped with a track and trace code. You will receive this as soon as the package has been dispatched. Because this is a very personal and emotional product, I ship all shipments by registered and insured mail via PostNL, both within the Netherlands and internationally.

The delivery times listed are estimates. Customs procedures, PostNL, and the local postal service may result in shorter or longer delivery times than expected. Delays may occur around holidays. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

You can find the estimated delivery time per country via the information provided by PostNL. These times are merely an estimate and cannot be relied upon. Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes will be charged according to the laws of the destination country.


WARRANTY

The Seventh Sea jewelry is carefully handcrafted and is both delicate and delicate. If, despite careful packaging, you find your jewelry has arrived damaged, please contact us by email within 48 hours with a clear explanation and photos. We will work together to find a suitable solution.

Because each piece of jewelry is made with personal materials such as ashes, hair, or fabric, returns cannot be accepted.

All solid gold jewelry is custom-made to order. There are no exchanges or refunds. Purchases of solid gold and custom-made pieces are final.

If your jewelry doesn't fit properly, please let me know as soon as possible after you receive it and we will find a solution together.

Please note that additional costs will apply depending on the type of repair and the jewelry material. I will always discuss these with you beforehand. I always recommend having your ring size accurately measured by a jeweler; this is the best way to ensure the correct fit. If you have any doubts about your size after placing your order, please let me know within 24 hours.
