The process

I would like to start by saying that if you are here, I am deeply sorry for your loss...
I will cherish and honor your lost loved one or pet while I make their memorial and I will strive to make the ordering process as easy as possible.
I aim to make the ordering process as smooth and gentle as possible for you.
You’re welcome to choose a color from the color chart and place your order directly on the website.
But if there’s a shade that holds a special meaning, perhaps the soft tone of a beloved pet’s fur, or the unique color of your loved one’s eyes, please feel free to reach out. I would be truly honored to create custom color samples just for you. You can read more about personalized keepsakes here, and know that I’m always just a message away if you need guidance or reassurance.
Every memorial I make is a personal story. If you don’t have ashes, you can still have a bead made with something equally precious, like a lock of hair, a snippet of fabric, some fur, or even a bit of sand from a meaningful place. The process of ordering and sending remains the same.

Once your order has been placed, I will personally email you with all the information you need on how and where to send the materials. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder as well, just in case the email lands there.
Since each country has its own regulations around sending ashes, you will need to arrange the shipping yourself. For each piece, I will need about half a teaspoon of ashes, or a small lock of hair. Roughly the amount you could hold between your thumb and index finger.
Throughout the creation of your piece, I hold your loved one or pet close in thought. This is more than jewelry, it is a tribute. If you feel comfortable, I warmly invite you to share a photo, a letter, or even a short story. These small details help me feel the heart of who they were, and it’s an honor to carry that with me while I work and cherish their spirit throughout the process ♡.

As soon as your package arrives, I will always let you know personally that it has arrived safely.
Your piece will be lovingly hand-sculpted. The ashes, or any other material you’ve sent, will be gently and respectfully blended into the memorial jewelry by hand. Each item is crafted individually in a clean and dedicated space, with the utmost care.
Any remaining ashes or materials, as well as any photo, letter, or story you’ve shared, will be safely returned to you.
4.
Once I’ve received your package or envelope, your finished piece will be sent to you via PostNL within approximately 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the item you’ve ordered. All packages are shipped with registered mail and require a signature upon delivery, for your peace of mind.
Each piece is hand-sculpted with care and attention. Because of this artisanal process, slight variations in shape, size, and color are to be expected. Every ring and bead is one of a kind, just as every memory they hold is uniquely yours. No two pieces will ever be exactly the same, and that’s exactly how it should be.
